Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Purgify. Please read them — especially the section on deletions, because cleanup tools touch things you care about.
01Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Purgify you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
02The service
Purgify is a cloud storage management tool that scans the storage providers you connect, reports duplicates, stale files and reclaimable space, and can perform cleanup actions you explicitly confirm. Your files remain in your providers — Purgify is not a storage service and holds no copies of your file contents.
03Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and must own or be authorized to manage the provider accounts you connect.
04Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Purgify against provider accounts you are not authorized to manage.
- Attempt to circumvent security measures, rate limits or access controls.
- Resell or provide the service to third parties without our consent.
05Deletions & user responsibility
Purgify runs in dry-run mode by default: cleanup actions show you what would be affected before anything happens. When you explicitly confirm a deletion, it is executed against your provider and may be irreversible depending on the provider’s trash/retention behavior.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming cleanup actions. Auris is not liable for data loss resulting from actions you confirm.
06Third-party services
Your use of each connected provider remains governed by that provider’s own terms and policies. Purgify’s availability may be affected by provider APIs, quotas and outages beyond our control.
07Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Purgify is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auris shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data resulting from user-confirmed actions or third-party provider behavior.
08Termination
You may stop using Purgify and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your stored tokens and scan data are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Santiago, Chile.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
