Refund Policy

We want you to try a paid plan without worrying about it. If it is not right for you, you can get your money back within 14 days of buying it.

0114-day refund guarantee

If you buy a paid Purgify plan (Pro or Business) and it is not what you expected, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for that plan. This applies to monthly and yearly plans alike, and you do not need to give a reason.

The 14 days count from the day the payment was taken.

02What is covered

A refund can be requested for:

  • The first payment of a new paid subscription, monthly or yearly.
  • The prorated charge for an upgrade to a higher plan, within 14 days of that charge.

03What is not covered

Refunds are not available for:

  • Renewal payments once they have been taken. Cancel before the renewal date if you do not want to continue.
  • Requests made more than 14 days after the payment.
  • Accounts closed for breaking the Terms of Service.

04How to ask for a refund

Write to [email protected] from the email address of your account, within the 14-day window, and tell us which payment it is about. You can also use the link in your Paddle receipt.

We aim to answer within three business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; depending on your bank they can take 5 to 10 business days to show up.

05Who processes payments

Payments for Purgify are handled by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every order. Paddle issues your invoice, collects the applicable taxes and returns approved refunds to your payment method.

06What happens after a refund

When a refund is issued we end your subscription and your account returns to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted from your cloud providers: Purgify does not keep your files.

Scheduled rules beyond the Free plan limits stop running on their own, but they are kept, so they are still there if you subscribe again.

07Cancelling without a refund

You can cancel at any time from the billing section of your account settings, which opens Paddle’s customer portal. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.

08Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Changes apply to purchases made after the new “Last updated” date.
