Organize PDF Pages
Rearrange the whole document in one place.
Sometimes a document needs more than one fix: pages scanned out of order, a duplicate needed for a counterpart signature, one page upside down, and a cover sheet to remove. Doing that as four separate operations is tedious.
This editor puts all of it in one grid. Drag pages into place, duplicate or delete them, rotate the ones that need it, then save once. The new document is built from your arrangement in a single pass.
How to use it
- 01Drop in the PDF.
- 02Drag pages to reorder them, or use the arrow buttons on each thumbnail.
- 03Use the icons to rotate, duplicate or delete individual pages.
- 04Save and download the rearranged document.
Frequently asked questions
Can I duplicate a page?
Yes — the duplicate button copies a page in place, and you can then move the copy anywhere. It is the usual way to prepare a document that needs the same page signed twice.
Does it work on a touchscreen?
Yes. Dragging works with touch, and every action also has a button, so nothing depends on being able to drag precisely.
What if I make a mess of it?
Reset restores the original page order and clears every rotation, without reloading the file.
Can I merge two documents and reorder them in one go?
Merge them first, then bring the combined file back here to arrange the pages. Merging is kept separate on purpose, so the order you set is never disturbed by a second file arriving afterwards.
